Maple Logistic Solutions is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This is a 1st shift, full time position.
Hours:
Monday- Thursday; 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Duties:
- Assisting customers; order processing, resolving customer issues and answering any questions they may have
- Ability to effectively handle multiple internal and external customer inquiries and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude is essential for success in this fast-paced business environment
- Cross training on all office jobs will be required
- All other duties assigned
