Customer Service Representative – LDC

Description

Maple Logistic Solutions is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This is a 1st or 3rd shift, full time position.

Hours:

First Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 p.m.- 7:30 a.m.

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Duties:

• Assisting customers; order processing, resolving customer issues and answering any questions they may have
• Ability to effectively handle multiple internal and external customer inquiries and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude is essential for success in this fast-paced business environment
• Cross training on all office jobs will be required
• All other duties assigned
